Returns and refunds

Unworn fashion and accessories with tags attached may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Final-sale pieces, personalised goods, and pierced jewellery are not returnable once marked as such.

Interior design services and consultation fees are not physical goods and are not handled through the shopping returns process.

Write to hello@andint.com, or call 01312-662421 or 01730-700692, with the order number. Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders are arranged manually until a payment provider is connected.
